Related factors of actual turnover among nurses: a cross-sectional study

<p>Turnover exacerbates the global nursing shortage; loss of skilled and expert nurses has a negative impact on patient outcomes. The study examined influence job satisfaction, work environment, leadership styles, organizational commitment work-family support actual turnover among working in hospital Indonesia. A cross-sectional survey was carried out Jakarta, sample this who leave jobs from during period time October 2019 to 2020. total 170 responded survey. Nurses reported poor style (2.84±0.82), organization (2.99±0.76), as well dissatisfaction with (2.76±0.80) (2.89±0.89). Job satisfaction (p=0.007), environment (p=0.032), (p=0.001), (p=0.010), (p=0.026) remained statistically significant affected turnover. findings emphasize critical role commitment, support, determining nurse intention stay provide employers road map for reducing Future studies may need understand more deeper regarding experience its associated factors using longitudinal or qualitative studies.</p>
